BA(Hons) Architecture – Part 1 ARB/RIBA
This course represents the first step towards becoming a practising architect in the UK/European Union. It is validated by the Architects’ Registration Board of the UK and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). At Kingston the focus is on material practice and how the various components of buildings define its architectural character.
The first part of the course is taught through site-based projects and in years two and three students are taught within independent studio groups, each of which has a particular focus. Students may opt for the studio which suits their interests most. Find out more about the studios by visiting the links on the left.
