Nigel has considerable experience and has been a Director of Grosvenor Waterside plc, specialising in waterfront development, a Director of Hall Pain and Foster Ltd. and a Partner in Conspectus Project Management. He is the co-author of Property Portfolio Management (Routledge), and is currently writing Property Partnerships to be published by Blackwell.
