‘Pop Up’ by Manita Eiamvasant, Michaela Ekblam, Jenny Lundmark and Tavan Maneetapho is the winner of this year’s Kingston Animation Prize, an annual competition sponsored by Vintage Books (Random House Publishing) and run with students on the Kingston University animation course.  Students were invited to script and create one-minute animated films based on the second book in Norwegian literary sensation Karl Ove Knausgaard’s series of fictional memoirs, A Man in Love.

The Times ran the winning animation on their website to coincide with their exclusive extract and interview. You can watch all these videos at the Vintage Books website. Visit: http://www.vintage-books.co.uk/blog/Features/Animated-Knausgaard/
